How do you attach a workflow to a template

Im working within confluence data center, and would like to attach a workflow to a template.

Given what im working with, I have tried to create a trigger, as just making a page with pccb label doesnt apply the workflow. But neither works, im at my wits end on how to automate this process.

Potentially someone might chime in here, but you'll probably get faster support from the official app team.

I haven't used the app (or maybe I did test it once), so I can't be much of a help here 🫤
