Im working within confluence data center, and would like to attach a workflow to a template.
{workflow:name=PCCB Workflow|label=pccb}
{state:Submitted|colour=#4A6785|updated=In Review}
{state}
{state:In Review|approved=Ready for Presentation|colour=#00B8D9|taskable=true}
{approval:Presentation Approval|user=dn354f, zt427f,yc887e}
{state}
{state:Ready for Presentation|colour=#ffab00|taskable=true|updated=In Voting}
{state}
{state:In Voting|approved=Approved|colour=#0052CC|rejected=Disapproved|taskable=true}
{approval:Voting Approval|approvelabel=Approved/No Impact|rejectlabel=Disapproved}
{state}
{state:Disapproved|colour=#FF0000|submit=In Review}
{state}
{state:Approved|final=true|hideselection=true|taskable=true}
{state}
{trigger:labeladded|label=pccb}
{set-state:In Review}
{trigger}
{workflow}
Given what im working with, I have tried to create a trigger, as just making a page with pccb label doesnt apply the workflow. But neither works, im at my wits end on how to automate this process.
Hi @Liam Superville ,
I'd recommend reaching out to Appfire (Comala vendor) directly about this. You can find their contact information here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/142/comala-document-management?hosting=datacenter&tab=support 🎟️
Potentially someone might chime in here, but you'll probably get faster support from the official app team.
I haven't used the app (or maybe I did test it once), so I can't be much of a help here 🫤
Cheers,
Tobi
