Users who have been inactivated cannot create tickets via the Jira Service Desk cloud, despite enabling "Anyone can send a request without logging in" and get error message "Current user is not active"
Some users who have previously existed but since been inactivated to save user licenses but still need to be able to create Jira Service Desk tickets.
The inactivated users are not listed system admin portal to re-enable - I thought I would try enabling to see if this resolved the issue.
Any advice appreciated.
