How can i create list in a template?

Hi, I need to create a template with a list where project contributors can add elements to that list. How can I do it?

Example: 

My List: 

• something
• how you can add points from the list automatically?

 Once you have created an template you can then edit the template in the template editor as shown in the link above and thus add a list which can be populated with elements by the author of the page when creating the page using your newly created template.
