I have added an updated version of a spreadsheet file to my page. Help says go to Attachments, and you can delete. I find no support on Attachments for deletion, only for download and add.

Hi William,

You may not have adequate Space Permissions on the space where the page is located. The attachment permissions are Add and Delete, if you had Add only it would explain your not seeing the delete option.

Here is an example of some space permissions - you can see the JSD group cannot add or delete attachments:

To find a space administrator to check your permissions, please try going to Space Tools at the bottom of the left sidebar, and then Overview:

This space's administrator is "admin"

  • Click the paperclip at the top of the page to display all page attachments. You can delete the attachment from there.
  • If you trying to delete the latest version of your attachment, you can't: You need to reupload a previous version to replace the current.
  1. Click the paperclip at the top of the page to see all the page's attachments.
  2. Expand the attachment name in question
  3. Download the previous attachment (or other desired date)
  4. Re-upload the downloaded attachment onto the page to make that the newest version

Hope this answered your question.
