Get Back to Old Confluence Editor For Templates

I am missing the old editor for Confluence for creating templates. In particular, missing the ability to "create and issue" from instructional text. I believe this feature was instructional text to macro. Also the template macro isn't using the spaceKey variable like the old editor.

Anyone know of any tricks to create a template (for a Confluence page) where the template and the new page are both with the old editor?
