Finding pages owned by current user

Hannah Rayer

Hi -

Is it possible to find all of the confluence pages owned by me? At the top of each page it shows who owns the page, and you can transfer ownership, but I can't find a way to show a list of all of the pages that I own. I changed roles and I've transferred ownership of all the obvious pages but we keep finding ones that have not yet been changed.

We are on the standard plan so we don't have access to the Content Manager functionality to manage all user content but I would have thought there is a way for me to find my own content.

Any insight or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks :-)

Hello @Hannah Rayer,

You may take a look at the Confluence app Breeze, which (next to other features) provides a CSV export of Confluence data, including the page owners.

You can use this export to easily filter for all pages owned by a particular user.

If you would like to see a demo of how this works, just let me know or schedule an appointment with me via this link:

All the best, Adrian from B1NARY (we are the developers of Breeze)
