Hi!
Has anyone used Confluence for their User Assistance/Tech Documentation? If so, can you give us a heads up on the pros and cons? What has worked for you and what hasn't? Any tricks/shortcuts?
Thanks, Pat
Yes. Confluence is very good if you want to have a Tech Documentation. The very best example is Atlassian documentation that is build on Confluence. To get started how to make Tech Documentation you can check it.

TY! But for tech docs don't u use several layers of indented numbering/bullets? Are there any variables (used to standardize naming conventions), conditions (used to define sections, paragraphs even individual characters for single source-multi outputs?
