Editing numbered list I lost the numbering sequence

When a numbered list includes graphics, and I want to add another instruction after a graphic, the numbering doesn't work.

Example:

1. do this

graphic

2. do this

graphic

Want to add a step between 1 and 2 and I can't add a number to the line I add.

Hi @Janet Shuey You can use the same Shift + Enter method described here. This will create a new line under your text/graphic but won't split the numbered list into a new list starting from number 1. E.g. see here:
