There are a few different types of watches.  You need to make sure you are not watching any spaces, and you also need to check your followers (should be the Network tab in your profile settings.  You may be getting notification e-mails from there, too.

Another chance is that something has gotten out of sync in the db and the search index needs to be run again.

If neither of those are it, then more information might be needed to solve the problem.
