Hello,
we want to change the default JIRA Service Desk login screen to the Customer Portal to our own custom login screen form that will be used for our customers of a specific JIRA Service Desk project. (Different names of columns, layout, etc.)
In which folder and file is it possible to make these changes? We want also to change colours and add our logo, so is there a CSS file for these changes?
We found some template in the jira-servicedesk-3.16.0-REL-0008.jar file, but it was just a template.
We found some topics on how/what to edit it, but always for a older version of JIRA.
Also, is it possible to customize our Confluence page? This time maybe just colours, but it would be great to make other changes.
We are using JIRA Service Desk 3.16.0 installed on our own server.
Thank you for your answers.
Hi Lukas,
Were you able to find any solution to your requirement? I am looking for exact same functionality but the link mentioned in above comment is not much helpful.
Hello,
at the end we went to a completely different solution, but I roughly remember that newer versions of Jira allowed to, at least, add custom CSS classes to the login screens and customer panel in some sort of settings.
But I am no longer maintaining our Jira, so can't tell where exactly is this favourite.
Or you can use some plugins or theme add-ons for Jira.

Hello and welcome to the community!
Here is a page that will guide you to some customization resources:
There is no good front end editor available, but if you would like something easier than editing source code, I'd recommedn checking out some of the add ons mentioned.
