Hi Dear Community,
I am the org admin in our Confluence instance. When I export any space to PDF I get all the links in the document directing to the instance. Please advise what to do for the following outcome: when clicking on the hyperlink in the exported PDF file it turns to the respective page in the PDF instead of directing to the URL page.
Thank you.
Lena
I have the same problem too - when I click on a link in the exported PDF space doc, it opens the URL in my browser (instead of to another place/page in the doc)...
This is a blocker for my work and team - pls help...!
NOTE: This only happens in Confluence Cloud - in the old non-cloud version we used before, everything worked fine (i.e. clicking the links led to another place in the doc)...
I just created a PDF of my space for the first time to test this. I see similar issues to @Lena Sargsyan including:
On a separate note, I see that none of my custom emojis transfer to the PDF. Since I will be using Scroll Viewport to generate a web site of my output, rather than a PDF, I'm hoping those emojis transfer there.

Interesting problem. I have tested this from side and everything seems to be working properly.
Here is the article where this issue has happened, where Jacob explained the solution:

Export space in PDF
After clicking on the Figma link:

I may have wrongly named my question.
My question is: when I export to pdf a Space in Confluence then I open the pdf document and then I click on any page link it leads me to the URL of that confluence page, whereas it should have taken me to the respective page within the pdf. If I click on the link which is just the header of the next chapter in my document on the next page, why it takes me to the URL instead of taking to that page in pdf?
How to solve this? Please advise.
Thank you.
Lena

I have the same issue, as well.
For example, when using the "Table of Contents" macro, the header links get converted to internal PDF links, while as if you try to manually use a header link anywhere else in your Confluence page, it doesn't get converted to an internal PDF link during export.
This should be fixed.
