this is not necessarily related to a drive being full.
As I can see from the screenshot, Synchrony is having problems saving changes (notice "Can’t save changes" next to Publish button). I would suggest starting from this page on how to troubleshoot collaborative editing: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/troubleshooting-collaborative-editing-858772087.html.
If it doesn’t help, a stack trace from the logs is necessary to investigate further.
