Hey @Julien Fiocco ,

On top of what Ajay and Nikola said/asked, if you're trying to actually just start a new Confluence app/site, I'd recommend the following steps (if you already have an organization):

1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com.
2. Select your organization and then navigate to Apps → Atlassian apps → Add app. From there, you should be able to select Confluence and add it to your organization/site.

Happy to help, but I'd need a bit more context to point you in the right direction. A few questions:

Which app are you trying to install? (the name or Marketplace listing link would be helpful)

What error message are you seeing, if any?

Are you a site admin? Only users with the "Atlassian Marketplace" permission (typically site admins) can install apps.

Which Confluence plan are you on — Free, Standard, Premium?
