Atlassian Companion app download link results in 404 Not Found, Why?

The following page offers two download links (Mac and Windows). When I click on either one of them I get 404 Not Found.
I have tried other similar links from other versions of Data Center and get the same result. Are these dead links?

It's a known problem. It was discussed here:

At current moment there is only one workaround - to ask support to send you this apps.
