Good morning, does anyone have Atlassian Companion downloaded? I can't install it and I can't edit files.

It seems the website where it's downloaded is no longer there? Does it not exist? Is it down? Does anyone know anything?

Hi @Claudio Sempere , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

Are you saying you already downloaded the installer from here, https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/install-atlassian-companion-992678880.html , and you can't get it to run / work?

Are you able to install other programs downloaded from the internet? or is this a limitation on your work machine? If you cannot install anything from the internet, like another browser, Notepad++, etc I think you will need to ask for this permission to be temporarily elevated on your computer. Is there anyone in your organization you can ask for help with this?

I have the same problem, it seems to be something wrong with the download-page. If I choose to download either for mac or windows I get "This site can't be reached". Have tried with different browsers, devices with no other result.

Thanks @Jansson Daniel , @Claudio Sempere , I have verified that the download page is broken. Sorry @Claudio Sempere , I didn't test downloading. I will signal this to Atlassian and see what they say.
