Anonymous users cannot access child pages to space after upgrade

Having a similar issue as https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Enabled-Anonymous-Access-but-still-requiring-Login/qaq-p/325313

But after upgrading from 5.10.0 to 6.14.0, anonymous users can access the home page of the space, but no child pages. 

It worked before the upgrade and both space and global permissions are configured.

I came in to the office this morning to reproduce it and write a support ticket.

Now it works... so, I guess the solution is to leave it over night? Some caching issue maybe?
