90% of the times I am failed to create a template and my confluence page is working slowly.

1) I am trying to create a confluence template. every time after several attempts only it is allowing me to create. why?

2) We are using Confluence 8.2. and I am facing Lage issue. how to increase the speed of the confluence?

Please can anyone help me to come out of this?
