Добрый день. Остро встал вопрос печати документа. Просмоторщик не печатает больше 1 страницы. Также проблема с кодировкой в документах. Вместо кирилицы символы "ААААААА"
Hello Alexey,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you.
Forgive me, as this is an English language forum, so I needed to translate your message to English. From my understanding, you're having trouble exporting a document, since it doesn't include beyond the first page and the text is showing as AAAAA instead, although it's written in Cyrillic.
Can you tell me, does this occur for all documents? Is it only certain types, such as PDF or Word documents?
To test your encoding issues, have a look here:
Everything should be set to UTF-8 so if you have anything other than that, it can cause issues. In addition, if you're exporting pages in Confluence to PDF you'll need to make sure you've uploaded a font that can support the Cyrillic alphabet.
If you continue to have issues, please let us know your Confluence and database versions, and confirmation of what encoding you are using.
Regards,
Shannon
Thanks for the answer. I want to clarify some points and separate the flies from cutlets.
1. Problems with encoding occur in all documents other than PDF. Ie in Word, Excel and so on.
2. PDF works great.
3. Problems with printing is a separate problem. When you send a document to print, it prints only 1 page without the ability to select everything.
Above you indicated the need to download the font. What did you mean? How can I implement this?

Alexey,
Thank you for confirming. So can you let me know when do you see the issue with AAAAA? When you download the document from Confluence, or when embedding the document in Confluence? Can you show me an example with a screenshot?
For the problem with printing, I would say you should raise a new question since it's a different issue.
Regards,
Shannon

Thank you for those examples, Alexey.
To answer your question earlier, the PDF article I mentioned for the PDF is only when you're having issues with the PDF, so I don't believe this is needed here.
Can you tell me what the results were of the test I sent you earlier to do? If you need it again, the test is here:
I also let you know earlier that all of your server's encodings, including database, etc. needs to be UTF-8 but I didn't hear what yours are set to. Could you let me know each of the encodings from your system?
Lastly, I think you could also be running into this problem, which involves system fonts on your server:
There's a bit of discussion on the thread Cyrillic attachments (doc, docx) preview issue which mentions similar behavior and how it was resolved in the end.
Could you review that and let me know if you have any trouble?
Regards,
Shannon
