As part of next month's Skip the Blank Page month, we’re bringing Confluence product leads to you on Wednesday, March 25 to answer any burning 🔥 questions about creating and editing Confluence content with Rovo (try it here).

What is the best way to ask Rovo to filter out general statements from a document and summarize this high-level overview in bullet points? Are there any words that support this request without hallucination? Like "If you look at the content from an overall perspective, you can break it down to X, Y, Z." So not just summarising, but also abstract the main ideas.

I have a page with many tables—a table for each major feature, with rows for actions in that feature and columns for each user role, showing Y or N if role has permissions for that feature. I feel like this information should be made into a database to display in different views (for example, someone might want to show all the features and actions that 1 role has permissions for).

• How would I prompt Rovo to analyze this page and create a database?
• Would the database be created separately from the page with the tables?
• Could/should I then create a new page to display the database on to replace my original page?
