I have reported a bug in a paid confluence app (Visualize OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation) and I haven't heard anything back from the developer of the app. I only got a confirmation of submitting the bugreport.
Is there a way to ask for an update? Is there a time span in which I can expect an update?
What can I expect?
Does anyone have any experience with reporting a bug on an app and maybe even on this particular app?
