Why I can't search for Questions in main Confluence Search?

I have noticed, if I try to use main Confluence Search engine to find a Question content - it doesn't return expected results (I have no filters set, i.e. searching for all content as default)

To see results I need to set either of:

  • Select 'Include archived spaces'
  • Set 'Type' to 'Questions'

Why? Is there a way to see Questions content in search results as default?

We have the same problem here. In the past, we have created many questions and answers. Too bad those are very hard to find using Confluence Search. I can only find them when I specifically set the "Type" to "Questions".

But when I search using no filters, those questions are not included in the results. Is this because "Questions" have been degraded to some sort of plugin type?
