In Jira, there's a tile icon in the top left of your screen; that's the app switcher. If you click on it, it should list all of the products you have access to.
Alternatively, you can bookmark this URL: https://<your-company>.atlassian.net/wiki
Confluence can have many spaces, so you'll need to confirm with your team which space you should be watching for content.
