'Questions for Confluence' does not work for users of a group despite having access to the space.

I have a project Space shared with two groups: Internal Developers and External Clients.

Both groups have correct access to the Space, but one group, the External Clients, does not have access to 'Questions for Confluence'. For them, the Question Lists are blank, add they are not able to view or add questions.

To confirm, the group External Clients are fully licensed to access Confluence? Could you show me what permissions you have set for them globally and on the space?
