This should be possible if you allow public access as follows:
Allow anonymous access on your Global permission and grant can use permission to anonymous,
Edit your space permission and grant anonymous access as well.
I’ll check check this again as I have a developer’s license rather than the free account but this is how to allow an anonymous user to access the confluence space and pages.
