Hi!

I've just installed and created my first confluence page, and was wondering what things that's good to know and what apps is good to install. 

Also perhaps some good ways to make the page look good ;)

It depends what your requirements are - Confluence is quite versatile in the functionality it provides, especially when powered with 3rd party apps...
