1. What happens when you try to access the Confluence page? Do you get an error message? Please share that response with us.

2. Is this a page you have been able to access in the past?

3. Are you able to access anything else in the same Confluence space or on the Confluence instance?

4. Have you contacted the administrators of the Confluence space or the administrators of the Confluence instance for help?

Without more info it will be hard to assist, but typically this is caused by Restrictions on a page - you may need to talk to your space admin or IT team for help.
