How to create a table of contents?

Hello, 

I am contacting you because I'm almost done with my guide that that I'm creating. However, to be frank I do not not how to create a manual guide (table of contents) in your web page. 

Can you please help me with this request? Or show me a tutorial in how to create one? 

I am blocked and cannot finish creating my guide.

There would be a macro for Table of Contents. 

See here: TOC macro for more information. Basically as long as you have headings in your page, the table of content macro would be able to generate the list.
