Dealing with Hyperlinks in SVG Files

I have a set of SVG files in a directory that are hyperlinked to each other. Is there a way of loading them into confluence such that they linked to each other?

I've put them into a file list page such that they can be downloaded and then accessed but can it work without having to download?

Would you please check if this information is helpful. The documentation says, the directory level needs to be done by  Confluence administrator.
