I can not create a new request for Confluence Cloud in Atlassian

Hi, I'm trying to create a new suggestion for Confluence Cloud in Atlassian service  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-26594?filter=98690

but the correct project Confluence Cloud (CONFCLOUD) does not appear in the option. It only shows Confluence Data Center.

Is there anything I'm missing here?

Unfortunately creating Bugs and Suggestions for the CONFCLOUD project is restricted to Atlassian Staff.
