Announcing the Keysight Plugins for Confluence, JIRA and Bitbucket

Hi,

I've been supporting Confluence within Keysight for a couple of years. As part of that task I developed a number of custom plugins.  We've made a decision to release these as free plugins to the Atlassian Community.
