I have integrated gitlab following the process documented here and imported the repos. I have setup a gitlab webhook to get events from repos as described in Compass gitlab integration step. But any kind of event requests are failing with 500 error

{"message":"The webhook could not be processed","success":false}

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi @Rameez_Iqbal ,

Have you managed to work this out? Or did you maybe try reaching out to Atlassian Support for assistance on the matter?

We have integrated Gitlab and Compass a while back, but I didn't play that much with fetching events via webhooks 😕

500 errors are usually related to how the webhook is set up, or might be related to how the payload is handled. But again, I don't have that much experience in the area.

Cheers,
Tobi
