Dear, 

I have successfully released a meeting note by using compass tool (email sent). but i found that there was flag with COMPASS at the top edge of mail announcement when i sent the meeting note email every time. 

Can i remove this COMPASS flag ? as the meeting minutes is important note for all receiver, I preferred to remove that, how can i setting to remove it if so.

Unfortunately there is no way to remove this tag as this is default from the product.
You may suggest an improvement at support.atlassian.com.
