I am unable to find the in-build on-call schedule features in Compass to replace the discontinuation of Opsgenie. Neither can I find the operation tab based on this guide: Learn-how-to-set-up-Alerts-amp-On-call-in-Compass-in-5-easy
Does anyone have any updated guides for setting this up? I have little to no prior knowledge of Compass and this features. And I have a team requirement to handle on-calls.
Hey @Shawn Tan ,
Note that on-call scheduling and alerting features are available in Compass Standard and Premium plans (see Compass pricing and Feature changes and deprecations in Compass ).
But, same as described in the link you provided, you need to open up the team you've created, navigate to Operations and then you should be able to configure alerts and on-call schedules.
Here are some additional materials that can be useful:
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi
Thanks for your reply, however, I tried following your steps to navigate but I cant seem to find Operations in the team that I created. I have also verified that I have standard compass. and I am also the app admin

Hmm @Shawn Tan, might be that Operations haven't been rolled out yet to your site (as you can see in the info panel in the official article > it's been gradually rolling out)
I have that option in a couple of sites I'm managing, so, at this point, I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support and asking if they can enable it within your Compass instance. 👀

As @Tomislav Tobijas , says, I am seeing different things in different Compass instances.
In the demo site, I don't see the On Call section - https://compass-open-demo.atlassian.net/compass/home
But in my OneAtlas site, I do see the Operations section
I agree it is best to open a ticket.
Cheers
