How to get on-call data from Jira Service Management

I ma evaluating Compass and struggling to retrieve data from JSM. It seems like Compass only has 2 options, either use Compass provide on-call or in third party apps, I see only PagerDuty. So how can I get on-call data from JSM?

Hi there, if you can check out https://support.atlassian.com/compass/docs/set-up-team-operations/ you can read about the operations feature in compass, which will surface alerts and oncall schedules that match what you have within JSM. When enabled, there is an operations tab in the compass navigation.

It may not be enabled on your site yet, I will check with my team the status of the rollout for your site. Could you provide your site URL or cloudId so I can check with the relevant engineering team?
