How are people supporting Inner Source Initiatives?

In general, an Inner Source component could be supported by score cards, metrics etc.

There are a few differences:

• discovery
• open source model effecting some different expectations

What practices are people using to support Inner Source?

Hi Leo, that's an interesting question. It's not obvious to me how inner-source and open-source would materially differ when it comes to Compass (maybe some metrics would be different like PR cycle time) - what do you have in mind?
