We are creating our components and applications in Compass and have plumbed in most of the tooling to automate this process.
There doesn't seem to be an OOTB process to assign a functional fit and/or technical fit rating so that we can easily assess the overall landscape.
It would be good for the Compass team to think about adopting the TIME model (as one example) for performing an assessment and the ability to then chart the overall health of the tech stack from a more qualitative perspective.

It would be easy to add and could over time leverage surveys to crowd source input into the rating based on both the technical assessment and the key business stakeholders.
