Component Business Stakeholders

Are there any plans to add a list of users on a field to list business stakeholders?

This would be helpful for governance tasks, such as obtaining approval for downtimes, restoring backups after catastrophic incidents, etc.

I would also allow us to use Compass to keep track of who to send communications  to, related to a specific component.
