Hi, We are currently using a trial version of Compass but a user who has the following rights is unable to save a Team. He is getting the following error message: "We couldn't save your team. Please try again". The respective user has the following access rights: User, App admin and User admin.
Can you please assist.

Is this the only user experiencing the issue, or are all users?
There's a somewhat related bug for the general ecosystem: ECO-708: Error "Something went Wrong" on Connected Apps Page because of limited permissions
But this might not be really relevant in this case.
If that's the only user experiencing the issue, I'd suggest trying to re-add them to the app.
Basically, remove all roles from them and then try to re-add those.
If the issue persists and there is no clearer message, the recommendation would probably be to reach out to Atlassian Support, as their team can check in the backend what's going on.
