Hello,
I wanted to start explore Compass because I need to migrate the data from Opsgenie to Compass.
Hello all,
Thanks for checking out the isssue. After some discussions we concluded to leave Compass behind and look into moving to Jira Service Management as the solution to replace Opsgenie .
Regards!
Hey @CGMSC Automation ,
Just a note at the beginning: Compass is moving to DX, so you might want to consider this. More on that here: The Next Chapter for Compass 🆕
Regarding migration, you can check if there's this option: In your Opsgenie instance, navigate to Settings > Migrate Opsgenie to start the process 👀
Potentially, you could also check Settings > Jira apps > Move from Opsgenie to Jira but that might be a bit different thing.
Some docs might help, such as this one: What to expect from Opsgenie migration?
I've never encountered this particular issue, but you could check this (this is AI-generated though):
Troubleshooting the 403 Forbidden Error
The "poco: rejected authenticated request" error typically indicates that while your credentials might be valid (hence the GraphQL 200 OK), the specific request to the UI aggregator is failing a security or XSRF check.
Clear Browser Cache: Stored session data or invalid login information can disrupt the authentication flow. Clearing your browser cache and cookies for atlassian.net often resolves persistent redirects.
Check XSRF Headers: If you are using any browser extensions or custom scripts that modify headers, ensure they aren't interfering with the
X-Atlassian-Tokenor session cookies required for the UI to load.Verify Admin Permissions: Ensure the
cgmsc.automationaccount has the Product Admin role specifically within Compass, as site-level administration does not automatically grant full access to all Compass administrative function
Cheers,
Tobi
