I only see my Kudos when I'm in the "Forums" section. I cannot see them when in the other Community items (Learnings, Events, nor Champions). You can also access them when you click on your profile picture, choose "Profile", scroll down to Kudos and click on the link to "Learn more about kudos". Hope this helps.
@vikram - I just stumbled on this. At this time, you do need to have your screen width at 1280 or wider (and not zoomed in on the page.) They are working on a responsive layout though!
