Hello Folks,
This is Megha Shyam and you can call me Shyam. I have been administrator of Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence data centers. I have been taking care of complete operations including upgrades, security and risk assessment and remediation, onboarding and resolving issues for user group of close to 3000 for these platforms. I have also been assisting users for selection of plugins especially across Jira and Confluence for user requirements.
