Connect as a Community is still one of my favourites. I've had the pleasure of meeting so many nice people in the last years. Shoutout to this amazing community.
I like the sharing of information on here without it being belittling or trash talking the product and/or people. If only more of life were like this. <3
It was helpful to learn that "don't use AI" is not against Community Forums Guidelines. Atlassian has integrated AI in several helpful areas already - it's great to know we can use it to respond to questions or discussion groups!
I didn't realize there was a six month limit on necroposting so that was helpful. Typically when I run across an old thread where I might comment it's far older than that so I start a new thread and link to the old one for context.
Loved this point from the Rules of Engagement "Be Real":
Be yourself and contribute openly and honestly to help create an environment where everyone can thrive
I truly believe that when we see others not as competitors/rivals but as contributors of knowledge, experience and assistance, we can create a community where everyone can grow and thrive. Any person can learn from anyone!

I love the guidelines that bring self reflection to each of us. For me, Be the Help You Seek has driven me from day one in the Community because of the tremendous help I received way back when. Like when I didn't know what the heck I was doing. It's been many years since then, and I truly hope that I have helped to a level WAY more than I was helped. That's the goal at least. Cheers to the Community!
Be The Help You Seek resonates deeply with me because it reflects the spirit of collaboration that makes this community thrive. Sharing knowledge not only helps others grow but also reinforces my own learning. Every answered question or shared insight is a step toward building a stronger, smarter community where everyone wins.

I think for any online community the major pain point is respect. Respecting others and having polite discussion with different point of view is central to having a purpose driven community.

Be the help you seek also resonates with me. Our community has a lot of different backgrounds, it doesn't cost to adjust accordingly. Helpful insights and even a nice friendship can be found.

I have seen few communities that match up with the Atlassian community when it comes to helpful and positive members. Even complex issues are many times explained in detail with screenshots. It has helped me massively over the years.

Earned my Mindful Member badge on June 30 :D 🧘♂️ What stood out to me most was the value “Connect as a Community.”? It’s how we show up for each other—whether it’s sharing answers, organising events, or just being a friendly face in the forums. We all bring something valuable to the table, and that’s what makes this space feel like home. 💙

I love "be the help you seek" not only does it give me confidence to try to help, but by trying a potential solution that I can share I get to learn too.
