Celebrating International Women’s Month with 10 for Change!

In March, in partnership with the Atlassian Foundation, we launched 10 for Change, and donated $10 for each attendee at any Community Event during the month of March. To celebrate in conjunction with International Women’s Day, we donated to four charitable organizations working to empower women and girls:  Women in Tech Girls who code Malala fund Plan International

Atlassian pledged to donate $10 for EVERY attendee to EVERY Atlassian Community Event in March, and after an amazing turnout of 5,198 members attending 159 community events globally, we were able to donate $51,980 across the four charities! Additionally, 3,559 eligible attendees earned an exclusive 10 for Change Kudos badge to show off in the online community! Thank you to all who showed up and gave back by participating in 10 for Change!  We are looking to do more social impact community events at Atlassian Community events in 2025, so if you’d like to get involved, we encourage you to join our Social Impact chapter to hear about our virtual events.
