I think you are checking topics under "My Learning" where you might not be enrolled for all the courses, hence you are not seeing any learning paths under "Not Started" status.

I would suggest you to click on Learning at the top and then click on Browse the full Learning catalog to get the entire list of learning paths, courses etc. 

And also As @Monique vdB had mentioned in the above comment, you can check in your Kudos dashboard as well. Please refer the screenshot in her comment.
