I've been reading through the documentation for about a week, especially about the Service Desk. Looking forward to setting up our Service Desk and adding to my badges now in the Community area! Would love to have the AUG badge too since I just earned my first level. ;)

@Shanta Nathwani welcome! So the AUG badge is for people who are members of their local AUG group. You can find your nearest one via the AUG widget in the sidebar! :)
