I would like a data dictionary of terms with definitions.

Also, roles and permissions.  Is it true the Scrum Master cannot start or close a Sprint?

In my world, a Backlog may be split into two streams so some can be done in parallel.

In project planning there is a critical path of tasks but also additional tasks not in the critical path.

These separate paths can be worked in parallel to finish sooner.  

How doe Jira handle that?

Maybe if there was some valuable purpose such as learning coerces about "Agile Projects", "Scrum Master Learning" or something else, the likes and following tasks gonna be profitable
