I haven't logged in for probably over six months. Today I did, but my workspace is gone. There was nothing under "all workspaces" and I got an error when I tried to use the URL directly (bitbucket.org/pfackler).
How can I regain access to my repositories here?
Thanks for the help.
Hi @pfackler
I've gone ahead and re-activated your personal workspace. There are issues at the moment with the self-service recovery method, so support is handling these when needed.
Please check again and let me know how it goes :)
Cheers!

Hello Ben (or other dear support member),
I need help with the same issue please: I did not log in a long time and cannot see my workspace anymore (though I think I have a project saved there I need the code for quite desperately. If I try to make a new workspace using the same name I get the info that the workspace ID is already taken. /unweltdev
Can you please re-activate my account/workspace too?
Thanks and best, Sarah

Hi @Ben,
thanks for your reply! I created a separated post for this: Workspace and repo missing
I hope it can still be resolved as the "deadline" for recovery seems to be May 15th ..
Thanks and cheers, Sarah

Hi @Adam Ehlis
I've taken a look and can't find any DORMANT workspaces, can you please check this link and try to re-activate?

@Unwelt Dev
I've re-activated your workspace, it was marked DORMANT due to free workspace cleanup:
Your access should now be restored, please let me know if any issues.
@pfackler sorry for the notification spam

@Ben I'm having the same issue. I just logged in a month or so ago and it was there, but today there's no trace of it. I'm looking for my `leaguespeed` workspace. Can you help me?

Hey @pfackler ,
There has been an announcement on that topic here: Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know
If your workspace contains repositories but hasn’t been logged in over 6 months, or content hasn’t been accessed or updated in over 6 months
You must login and update your content before January 15, 2026 to keep your workspace.
Can you try raising a ticket on Atlassian Support to see if they can reactivate/recover it? 👀
As per official docs, you should be able to do so until the 15th of May, 2026.
Cheers,
Tobi

Tobi,
Thanks for the response.
The announcement page you linked has this in the FAQ:
Where is the “Reactivate workspace” button and when does it appear?
You will only see a “Reactivate workspace” option after January 15, 2026 if your workspace was deactivated . Any actively used workspace will remain active and will never see the “Reactivate workspace” option, since it is not applicable to them.
But I don't have that button.
Also the support link won't let me create a ticket...I'm guessing it's because I have a free account?
