With pipelines build agents, would I be able to use that to trigger iOS builds locally

The build agent is a docker container that runs on my local machine. I know that Xcode cannot run on Linux but was wondering if this would be possible to somehow trigger xcodebuild on my machine using the pipelines

An alternative would perhaps be to use xcbuild
