Unable to restore deactivated workspace but I AM the admin

I have a deactivated workspace and I am unable to restore it as it says I have to ask my admin to do this. 

But I am the admin!  Or at least I should be!

I am now worried that my workspace will be deleted on May 1Bitbucket - deactivated issue.jpgCould someone from BitBucket help with this asap please so that I do not lose the data?

I need the help with two things:

1) Reactivating the workspace as it does not offer me this option - asap so that it does not get deleted

2) Ensuring I am the admin of the workspace - I should be the admin and if I am not, something has gone wrong. somewhere in Bitbucket setup. This workspace has been transferred to me back in 2019 (I have email with transfer request) so maybe something has gone wrong

Could someone help asap so that my data does not get deleted please

PS. Another thing that is weird is that when I was posting this question, it asked me which app I want to ask about, but both apps are the same (see the second screenshot) so maybe something is wrong with the user setup
