SSH Key Read/Write for My Team/Organization

How do I assign a key pair with read/write permissions, with a unique key pair for each member of my team? (I know how to generate SSH key pairs. I'm just stumped how to set that up inside of bitbucket.)

The recommended approach would be that each team member adds their own SSH key to their personal account, then they'll be able to push and pull to the team. They're talking about a similar topic in this Community thread.
